We collect the information you submit on this website — name, phone, email, property address, property type and attributes, package selection, add-ons, photo status, and your electronic signature on the limited-service agreement. Payment is processed by Stripe. Card details are not stored by Florida Listing Solutions.
How we use it
To evaluate and set up a limited-service listing, assign a dedicated listing number, syndicate your listing, route calls, communicate about your file, and meet brokerage record-keeping duties under Florida law.
Sharing
Information may be shared with Blue Bird Woliver Realty licensees and staff, MyState MLS and (where selected) Stellar MLS, syndication networks and consumer portals, the call-answering vendor, Stripe, and e-signature / CRM tools used to process your application. We do not sell personal information.
Retention
Listing files and related communications are retained as required for Florida real-estate brokerage records, then deleted or archived according to that schedule.
Your requests
Email hello@floridalistingsolutions.com to access, correct, or ask about deletion of personal information, subject to legal retention duties.
